The most important point: before you re-install the system, be sure to back up the Windows key , or re-install the system will not be able to query the original key, so no free activation.
1. Querying the System key (query in the registry)
Open "Run" (shortcut key win + R)
Open Registry Editor
Navigate to Folder Hkey_local_machine/software/microsoft/windows
Nt/currentversion/softwareprotectionplatform, open the file on the right Backupproductkeydefault
The value data is the activation key
2. Back up the activation file ( Save the activation file and key to the USB flash drive or the cloud , do not save the computer, the file will be gone after reloading the system)
Back up the C:\Windows\System32\spp\store\2.0 folder (the data in this folder is different on different computers, that is, you can only restore this folder to the local computer, can not be activated for other computers)
3. The system can now be re-installed.
I usually use Chinese cabbage to do boot disk after the reload system
Pure image can be downloaded in http://msdn.itellyou.cn/
4. After reloading the system, restore the folder you backed up in step 2 to the response location, overwriting the original file.
5. Restore the key
Run cmd as Administrator (Command Prompt)
Execute SLMGR/IPK 9d9fh-ynqmm-xq3kc-vfhkq-gf4cf (replace with your key)
