The lower right corner of the computer, click to set the book entry method, add input language-Japanese keyboard. Are you sure.

You can use ' alt+shift ' to switch between different language keyboards when you enter, and then switch to hiragana input mode with the alt+~ (tab above), and enter Katakana by pressing the F7 key.

Baidu Japanese Input Method settings

Control Panel---> Regional and Language Options-----> Language------> Details------> select "Add"---> select "Japanese" on it.
