Basic use of VMware workstation

1. VMware Workstation Virtualization Platform

VMware Workstation provides a fully virtualized platform. Virtual machines can be created and used with VMware workstation by turning on the virtualization capabilities of the processors in the host's BIOS. VMware Workstation actually just provides a simulated hardware platform. and provides the ability to install the operating system. This enables the installation of operating systems, including WINDOWS,LINUX,MAC, through VMware Workstation.

2. VMware Workstation provides network resources

Any computing platform, including computing, storage, network three parts, and in most cases, the three can be independent of each other and cooperate with each other.

VMware Workstation provides three types of virtual interaction networks for use with virtual machines created by them. These three types of virtual switching networks are:

The differences between the three types of virtual switching networks are:
