Batch processing Taskkill run end program and stay problem

I used to be a code

taskkill/f/im QQ.exe

Save As Taskkill.bat, the results run has been shown, but did not end the process, Baidu search only know Taskkill for system keywords, can not be named Taskkill.bak, change a name killqq.bat can;

After execution, the DOS window disappears, so what can I do to keep the form after the batch is finished? Add a sentence to the back: cmd/k Echo.

taskkill/f/im QQ.exe

cmd/k Echo

Save file name Killqq.bat, double-click to run;
