MySQL query case-insensitive problem analysis and resolution

For data types
For example:
tinyint[(M)] [UNSIGNED] [Zerofill]
The signed range is 128 to 127, the unsigned range is 0 to 255.

If you specify an example for Zerofill, mysql, the unsigned property is automatically incremented for that column.
For example an int (4) example, insert a value of 4, you retrieve it, the column value will be 0004
