These contents will attract a group of users interested in this, and they will become potential users of the recruitment network.
Based on the above ideas, I believe that a blog-based resume not only helps enterprises better understand job seekers, but also enables them to have a more personalized career skills display platform and bring potential users to recruitment sites, at the same time, recruitment sites can place advertisements on some pages of blog aggregation channels to earn revenue.
II. Publicity
Over the past two years, WEB2.0 has been very popular on the Internet, and the industry has been very concerned about this. Recruitment network can use "Web job search" as a gimmick to vigorously promote and speculate.
There are several advantages:
