Taking Windows 8 as an example, we will introduce how to build an FTP server:
1. Enable FTP for Windows:Control Panel-> Program-> enable or disable Windows, select the check box shown
2. Add an FTP site: Right-click computer> Management> services and applications, and select Internet Information Service IIS management, as shown in add an FTP site
3. Set the site name and the path you want to publish
4. Bind the address and ssl settings:
Enter the local IP address. The default port is 21. ssl is required. Select IIS Express Development Certificate for the Certificate.
5. Set permissions
6. Test: Click Finish. Then, you can enter ftp: // ip in the browser (here the ip address is the ip address of the local machine you just set) to browse the file, if the last step you choose is basically not anonymous, you need to enter the user name and password, that is, the password corresponding to the user name when you start the system.
If you are not sure what the user name is, run cmd and you can see C: \ Users \ xxx> before the cursor. Then your user name is xxx. As for the password, I don't know about this.
7. Good luck
