Build the QT development environment in Windows

Qt 4.x open source (mingw) for Windows Installation

Here, the pre-compiled QT 4.x for Windows version is directly installed on Windows 2000/XP. This version uses the open-source mingw compiler. Many friends on windows have become accustomed to Visual C ++ or Borland C ++ builder, So Dev-C ++ is recommended here, open-source ide on Windows, hope to help you.

Install

Install Dev-C ++ first. Make sure that the mingw compiler system is selected when choose components is installed. It is selected by default.

Install QT 4.x. when installing mingw installation, make sure to download and install minimal mingw installation. this parameter is not selected by default. In addition, in the previusly installed mingw: field, enter the dev-C ++ installation location in the previous step. The default location is C:/dev-CPP. When configure enviroment is enabled, set environment variables must be selected. The default value is selected.

Then the installation is complete.
