Exercise 1.13
Unlike compilers, the degree of difficulty in understanding their diagnostic content is different. Write programs that contain common errors discussed in this section, "Talking about the compilation" section. Study the information generated by the compiler so that you will not be unfamiliar with compiling more complex programs when you encounter this information.
Troubleshooting
For errors that occur in the program, the compiler usually gives a brief hint, including the error file and the code line, the error code, and the description of the nature of the error. If you want to get more information about the error, you can generally find it in its online Help documentation based on the error code given by the compiler.
