This problem may occur in 64-bit systems.

This problem occurs after downloading MySQLDriverCS and referencing it again today. Refer to some documents and the following solutions:

 

Change the target platform for project generation to x86 (default Any cpu.

Because the original DLL is generated on the 32-bit (x86) platform, but the program is an x64 platform, you need to change the target platform.
