C # General Usage of action

I recently read Uncle Tom's JavaScript tutorial. The summary is quite good. Unfortunately, I am not able to fully understand what I learned. After reading a blog post posted by Uncle today, I thought about the usage of action in the callback function of Js.

The unchanged logic is encapsulated, and the changed part uses the delegate action to increase the flexibility of the program!
