C # multi-language programming

1. constants used for programming should be in Chinese as much as possible and stored in resource files.

This makes it easy to find any omissions.

2. Form Localization

Set the Localizable attribute of the form to True.

3. Copy the Resources. resx file under the Properties folder to the same directory and rename it Resources. zh-CN.resx and Resources. en-GB.resx.

4. Translate the Chinese characters in Resources. en-GB.resx into English. The contents in Resources. zh-CN.resx can be deleted.

5. Add all supported languages and default languages to AppSettings in App. config.
