Similarity: the value of a variable remains unchanged.
Differences:
Constant (const): The value is hard-coded. The value can only be assigned at the time of declaration. When the const statement is used in the class, the const seems to be an implicit static variable, and each instance does not need to save the copy.
Read-Only (readonly): The value can be assigned, but can only be specified when being assigned or declared in the constructor. variables declared as readonly can have different copies in each class instance.
