C # Property Code generation failed with assembly not marked as Serializable

When using a user control that has been written, sometimes a property code generation fails, the assembly is not marked as serializable, and the workaround reference is written by another blogger.

Did I follow the above or did not solve the problem, then I thought about it, but also to do the following work

1. Cleanup Project

2. Re-add inter-project references (if required)

3. Delete the bin and obj directories for the project where the user control is located

4. Turn off vs, regenerate
