C # QQ-like skin-navigation to the Principles

Many of my friends suggested that I write down the principle. In fact, I would like to write it, but I have never had time. Today I have time to open a question !!! There is a famous saying that you are good at doing things with your heart, but you are not immersed in it. Here I will tell you my design ideas and implementation principles one by one, and constantly update and improve the writing process, I hope you will receive more suggestions and comments. I wrote and played it myself. Later I found that the company's projects could be used. Not many technical points are mainly caused by GDI + and many windows APIs. I can't remember them, but I still read the API documentation.
