C #: the PPC program contains Unicode solution when packaging the cab

A problem was encountered before: the customer asked their program to install on PPC after the program name is Chinese, but when the cab package contains Unicode, there will be the following error:

Error: The inf file contains Unicode characters that cocould not be converted correctly to ANSI

This is a problem with PPC. The packaging of smartphone does not support Chinese characters.
The solution to this problem is as follows:
Use utraedit to open the INF file. Select utf8 as the format when saving the file, and then pack the file according to the normal process.
