Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql. sock' (2), connectmysql. sock

Check the configuration file/etc/my. cnf and find that the supplier has modified the data storage directory of the mysql database. In addition, the location of the mysql. sock file is changed to/dat/data/mysql. sock.

First, modify the configuration items of my. cnf to '/var/lib/mysql. sock'
Method 2: Create a soft connection to the mysql. sock File

Check that the/var/lib/mysql. sock file does not exist. You can establish a soft connection to the mysql. sock file. Then log on to the database and solve the problem.

ls: cannot access /var/lib/mysql.sock: No such file or director

[root@GETAZLNX005 ~]# ln -s /dat/data/mysql/mysql.sock /var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock
