Can you directly run programs written in the windows fortran environment in linux?

I have never considered this issue during programming. I usually write it on my own machine, but now I want to run it on the server. I would like to ask if you can run it directly in the linux fortran compiler, because the program is relatively large, it would be too late to make too many changes, or if you have any relevant information to recommend for me, I went to a bookstore over the weekend and did not find this book, we also hope that experienced DX will provide relevant guidance.
