Can't find the solution to the Android-support package

Sometimes in the development process, will always encounter some strange strange errors, or when using Fragement and ViewPage, the following error occurs, if the ANDROID-SUPPORT-V4 package can not be found, the following method to add:

Project->properties->java Build path->libraries->add External Jars added to the SDK directory extras/android/support/v4/ Android-support-v4.jar

(If you can't find it, you'll need to download the Android support package with SDK Manager)
