Change the GUI to the command line mode when centos5.x is started.
When I was doing P2V Virtualization in VMware yesterday, the host to be transferred must be in the same network segment as the ESXI host (I don't know if two different network segments can be transferred to each other, at least so far, I have not achieved success, but only changed to the same network segment). In the current environment, the host is transferred to 50 segments, and the esxi host is in 10 segments, so I changed the ip address of the host to be transferred (to the Host: centos5.5, database test environment)
Enter the system and run the command
[Root @ db ~] Vi/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0
[Root @ db ~] /Etc/rc. d/init. d/network restart
[Root @ db ~] Shutdown-r now
Then, when there is no problem, you can't directly enter the logon interface and stay in the blue background before the logon interface. The screen has only one mouse (Sorry, I forgot to take the photo, let's take a look at the text description, the same below)
I can't get in, but I can't get back. I just changed an ip address. Is that true?
In the end, there is no way to do it.
1. Shut down and restart
2. Press the e key when entering the selection menu, and the START option will appear.
3. Use the up and down arrows to select the item with a kernel, and press enter to enter an editing mode.
4. 3 (Note: There is a space in front of 3, that is, a space and 3 are added to the end of the editing mode)
5. Go back to the startup page and select "B" to restart. The command line-only editing mode will be displayed. Change whatever you want.
