Changing the MySQL run port

Changing the MySQL run port is actually very simple and the steps are as follows:

Take MySQL 5.7 as an example:

1. Stop MySQL Service

"My Computer"-"admin"-"service", find MySQL57 in the list and stop the service

2. Modify the port number

Open C:\ProgramData\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.7 Locate the My.ini file, search for "port", and then change 3306 to the port number you want

Note: There are two "port=3306", Need to change

3. Restart MySQL Service
