China's Computer Culture

The so-called title is just like the meaning of the program name. Naturally, a good title can attract more people in the field. Of course, this article is not for the title party, I think more about it. I would like to dedicate this article to programmers like me and those who struggle for their dreams.

About hackers

There is no need for me to name this again. In other words, hackers are programmers who love programming. This is an uprising. As for the hackers everywhere, at least I don't want to have too many contacts or contact with them. Of course, I also don't want to offend this person, because these people are just like bugs in the computer world, and they do not mean they are dangerous. The meaning is like virus and antivirus software, that is, BUG and virus. I have to mention that if I can define a hacker, I would simply define it as someone who uses computer technology as the center to obtain illegal benefits. This is sufficient for most hackers. As we know, the origins are derived from our curiosity, but different pursuits lead to different results. There is no obvious boundary between the two. hackers are more embodied in Pure Pursuit of technology, while hackers are more concerned with the pursuit of anything other than technology, naturally, there are exceptions. Of course, there is no obvious boundary ..

The reason for this definition is that, in fact, for the early origins, we can find that hackers started to fight for freedom. From the GNU program initiated by Stallman, we can see that this is why he is called "the last real hacker. In other words, this is different from hacking. There is no obvious distinction between the two. It is not written for this purpose. It is just hope that if you do not believe in a certain belief in your heart, do not tarnish this art.

This is one of the recent regrets. The spread of arguments has defined computer experts as those who have been hacking. It seems that people have recognized a computer master as a hacker. Although the two have some similarities. But it cannot be agreed. No matter where a hacker is said to have intruded into any organization to gain benefits, it is not a hacker. Therefore, we cannot name the hacker.

I just want to add that computer is an art. Like the world in which we live, there are good people and bad people in this world. Do not define others for some people.

Culture 1-company culture

The same is true for computers, just like a sentence culture. I think what I know about the Chinese computer culture is similar to the shanzhai culture. This is influenced by a large Internet company in China. These also spread from top to bottom.

It is undeniable that imitation at the beginning is a good method. However, if this continues, the entire ecological chain will be damaged. We understand that the vast majority of successful IT companies have achieved remarkable success, such as Microsoft. The Windows system we are familiar with is the same as the office software. However, we only think that it is so successful, and ignore another fact we have not seen. It is also innovating. This is different from what a company says about innovation. At least there will be no naked plagiarism (one event after another shows this ).

What we want to talk about is naturally unrelated to this.

The so-called culture tells the story of the company, a essence. It is similar to thinking of words like wisdom and wealth when we see Jews. If I see one of the largest Internet companies, I will only think of the shanzhai culture that is popular in Shenzhen. At least we understand that the vast majority of shanzhai mobile phones come from there, it also continued this culture, So we obviously saw that this company also has a "corporate culture. What we see is that these big companies do not clearly publicize their corporate culture. Apart from a company, this time also shows another point. The essence of most domestic companies is the same, there is no big difference. The biggest difference is talent. Naturally, there are no companies in China that most yearn for job seekers, except salaries.

As a result, these companies boast their own so-called corporate culture, just like the Chinese culture that has been mentioned all the time. But what is it? Apart from its original source, it has a lot of cultural relics, the other obvious reality is not illustrated. In fact, we can simply define Chinese culture as obvious facts similar to multi-ethnic integration. Instead of discussing superficial content. As a matter of fact, there is a kind of end-to-end taste. Therefore, for a company, we can have a simple definition. We can copy everything on the Internet. This is the result of a new face. No company will always talk about the shortcomings of the company's products, it will clearly translate these things into something we see. Then, the beauty of its name is so obvious.

Culture 2-IT Culture

We have never seen more concise words than pythonic to indicate the starting point of python, so we understand that this is the culture. This is so obvious, but not so. Just as GNU is in Open Source, it is obvious that the latter can strongly express its meaning, the former is just a euphemistic expression of GNU's Not Unix, and we do Not understand anything. However, its culture is as deep as pythonic.

In this way, Jinshan, another company, is involved in the gratitude of China's "first generation programmers", so it has a good feeling at the beginning. After a long period of time, a company should not abandon its well-known culture.

This is like everything we know. Vim is concise and Emacs is powerful. If Emacs begins to pursue conciseness one day, it will feel like a woman's temper-an unreasonable feeling. That is unimaginable. If we can cook coffee directly with Emacs (for details, see: http://www.emacswiki.org/emacs/CoffeeMode), then why do we have to use another program. As we know, w is the storage of Vim. If it becomes Emacs's Save-buffer or C-x someday
C-s, then they will stay away from us. This is the role of culture, and we do not need to pursue things beyond this period, just like the significance of small programs in the Unix-like system world, and some irreplaceable roles. Therefore, there is no need to replace these obvious facts.

About Habits

It is inevitable to mention some facts here. Although this is a matter of commercial strategy, it is also a deep point that we can touch.

At the beginning of the example, we started from Guangdong, but Zhuhai was not the cause of the office war in Shenzhen. It is also caused by our habits. It is also the same reason that piracy beat Kingsoft. Although I always think Kingsoft is a strategy, it is easy to start. As we are familiar with the pirated OFFICE on the pirated WIN system. Because of habits, those who encapsulate the system are used to this step only because of habits rather than other things.

This is similar to the input method we are used to every day. If we use five input methods every day and change them to the Pinyin Input Method one day, we will try our best to find five input methods. Naturally, this is one of the reasons that habits beat all of this.

This is one of the reasons why iPhone loyalty is caused by user habits. Then, it is obvious that this is also a fact, because a company culture is embodied in its products and habits. This is also one of the reasons for the success of the Apple model. We have come to these conclusions based on the facts we have seen. We are used to Emacs, so we will be unable to adapt to nano and so on. Naturally, we get used to the lambda algorithm of lisp, so there will be a lot of inadaptability to the lambda Algorithm in python.

These habits share our cultural habits.

China's Computer Culture

Without the computer culture we agree with, even in this generation, we will also find this obvious reality. We cannot find anything other than this, and we have nothing in common. To which extent are the programmers of our generation the same, and where do they have something in common? What kind of team have we formed and what kind of common ideas do we share? How have we contributed to our country? The modes we are familiar with are Ctrl + V outside China. Even so, we lack our core.
