CMM (Training Program-Training Program)

According to the current situation of domestic IT companies, training is the most despised part. I would like to ask IT companies in the current environment that want employees to continue to develop in the same company, what do we need to do to continuously improve the company's organizational capacity? Nothing ?! What is the most basic reason for an employee to stay in a company for a long time? In my opinion, apart from good salaries, there are many other factors, such as culture, improvement of capabilities, and integration of organizational processes. All of the above problems require a program to be executed, that is, training. According to CMM, the definition of training is too formal. Let's briefly describe the training process.
First, there is an organization responsible for training.
2. Identify and obtain organizational training needs. Some training needs come from regular and fixed content, such as personnel, OM, process, and some from targeted needs, for example, some resources required in a project do not have sufficient knowledge of a certain technology.
3. conduct targeted and systematic training and ensure the quality of training.
4. Standardize the training.
