COCO2DX new Project Error, LD:-pie can only is used when targeting IOS 4.2 or later Clang:error:linker command

After you create a new cocos2d-x, the following error is found:

LD:-pie can only is used when targeting IOS 4.2 or later

Clang:error:linker command failed with exit code 1 (use-v to see invocation)

What you see:

At this point, select the project file in the upper-left corner------> select General---------> Deploymentinfo-------------> Deployment Target,

Then change the 4.0 in the corresponding version number, so that again compiled, such as:

After the change, you see:

And then compile it again and find it successful:
