After modifying, recompile the application and select Tools > Library Package Manager > Package Management Console.

Open the console, enter Enable-migrations-force, and then enter

After running, the Migrations folder appears in the Project Explorer, open the Configuration.cs file, and change the automaticmigrationsenabled value to true.
Then enter Update-database run in console
