The default encoding of mysql has been set to UTF-8. It is normal to use other tools (Code, mysql workbench) for writing or reading, but garbled during cmd query.

2. cause:Mysql clients cannot return data in UTF-8 format at all. The solution is as follows:

Mysql> set names gbk;

Run the preceding command, and then the queried data can be displayed in Chinese.
