Common network topology of a centralized power Environment Monitoring System

Currently, the power environment monitoring and management systems of major domestic manufacturers mostly adopt a three-level network topology structure, which consists of a centralized monitoring center (CSC, provincial capital city) regional Monitoring Center (LSC) and Field Monitoring Unit (FSU, base station monitoring equipment.

The main units used in the Power Environment Monitoring System, such as telecom operators, have established their own sound technical standards and product specifications to ensure that the hardware and software of different manufacturers can be interconnected and compatible with each other. Therefore, there are specific communication protocol agreements and data exchange standards between subsystems at different layers or between regional monitoring centers.

Generally, the monitoring system of a region is built by a monitoring vendor, while the manufacturer responsible for the construction of the provincial center (CSC) needs to achieve interconnection with the provincial regional center (LSC. According to the relevant standards, both parties must follow the C interface specifications to facilitate system interconnection and meet the requirements of CSC for monitoring and management of base stations in the province.

A interface: the interface between the Field Monitoring Unit (FSU) and the controlled device (mainly smart devices;

B interface: interface between the regional monitoring center (LSC) and Field Monitoring Unit (FSU;

C interface: the interface between the Centralized Monitoring Center (CSC) and the Regional Monitoring Center (LSC;

D Interface: The interface protocol between the Regional Monitoring Center (LSC) or central monitoring center (CSC) and other network management or electronic O & M systems.

Monitoring Unit FSU: FSU has a certain number of AI, Di, And do interfaces to complete the acquisition and control of analog and digital quantities of non-intelligent devices; at the same time with intelligent device interface (RS-232C, RS-422, RS-485, lan, USB, etc.), and intelligent device communication, complete intelligent device monitoring. FSU connects smart or non-intelligent devices, such as power supplies and air conditioners, and collectors of various environmental quantities to collect data of the monitored objects and receive alarm data (including events) of the monitored objects ), send the data to the LSC of the regional monitoring center through interface B. At the same time, FSU also receives control commands from the LSC of the regional monitoring center, and sends these control commands to the controlled devices and environmental data collectors to directly control the controlled devices and environmental data collectors.

Regional Monitoring Center (LSC): The Dynamic Environment Monitoring System sets up a regional monitoring center (LSC) based on the principle that the local city is the Maintenance Unit. LSC is responsible for centralized monitoring of the power supply equipment and data center environment of the region. LSC receives upstream data from the Field Monitoring Unit (FSU) through the B interface, and dynamically displays the current status and parameters of the monitoring object. LSC transmits the monitoring data to the central monitoring center (CSC) through the C interface, and receives the Centralized Monitoring Center (CSC) through the C interface) control commands, parameter settings, data query, clock calibration, and other information sent from the downstream, and sent to the Field Monitoring Unit (FSU) as needed through interface B ). LSC provides multiple functions such as remote control, alarm management, configuration, security management, report, Communication Management, display, and printing.

Centralized Monitoring Center CSC: The function modules of CSC are basically the same as those of LSC, but the management permissions and levels are higher. CSC connects the LSC data of multiple regional monitoring centers and displays and manages the data on the same operating platform and interface.

The network topology of the main power environment monitoring system is as follows:
