1. To install Firefox, the first thing to know is whether the system is 64-bit or 32-bit:

uname -A

2. Move the downloaded Firefox compression package to the specified directory (/user/local):

sudo MV firefox**. tar. gz/usr/local

3. Unzip:

sudo tar -jxvf firefox**. tar. gz

4. Go to the Firefox directory:

CD Firefox

5. Run Firefox:

./firefox

6. Install the Adobe Flash Player plugin for Firefox:
