Common lsof usage-count the number of opened files

-N <directory> List nfs-used files
-I <condition> lists qualified processes. (4, 6, protocol,: Port, @ IP)
-P <process no.> lists the files opened by the specified process no.
-U: List uid process details

-H: Display help information
-V: display version information
