Common oracle Database Management System Errors
One of the common errors of the oracle database management system is as follows:
Listener refused the connection with the following error:
ORA-12519, TNS: no appropriate service handler found
The Connection descriptor used by the client was:
10.216.4.202: 1521: orcl
This problem is that the client connection is always reported to fail intermittently and the connection pool attribute setting of the local configuration is changed. In fact, this problem is caused by the assumption that Oracle cannot connect normally.
You can test whether the database connection is normal. If you can connect to the database, you can run a simple query statement or directly enter the following code in the query statement:
(1) select count (*) from v $ process; obtain the current number of processes in the database.
(2) select value from v $ parameter where name = 'processs'; obtain the maximum number of processes.
(3) select * from v $ license; queries the maximum number of concurrent queries since the database was started.
If the connection reaches the upper limit of the database connection, the database information cannot be accessed.
To solve this problem, modify the processes size in initSID. ora.
