= ~ Regular Expression Pattern Matching Operator

Eql? If the receiver and parameter have the same type and equal value, true is returned. 1 = 1.0 returns true, but 1.eql? (1.0) False

Equal? If the recipient and the parameter have the same object ID, the true result is returned.
