The effect is as follows

Sort statistics in reverse order

Cat Access.log| Sort| Uniq -c| Sort 1 -n-r
Uniq only the adjacent two lines to the weight, so first to sort,
Sort-k 1 specifies that the value of the first column is sorted
-N Sort by number size
-r: Sort in reverse order;
