Linux under Touch commands commonly used to change file or directory time

Syntax: Touch [-acfm][-d < datetime >][-r < reference file or directory >][-t < date time >][--help]

[--version] [File or directory ...] or touch [-acfm][--help][--version][date Time] [file or directory ...]

Simply put, you can create a file without it, if a file already exists again using the Touch command
