What if wireless terminals cannot find wireless signals?
First, confirm that the wireless switch of the wireless terminal is enabled normally, and the wireless terminal is located near the wireless router.
Verify that the wireless server of the wireless terminal is enabled. Right-click computer -- manage -- service and application -- service -- WLAN Autoconfig, right-click WLAN Autoconfig properties. Confirm that the service status is enabled. The start type is automatic. Click OK. As shown in the following figure.
Connect the computer to the vro through a network cable. Log on to the vro management interface and go to wireless settings-basic settings to confirm that the SSID is not Chinese and the channel is 1 ~ Between 11, the wireless function is enabled, and the SSID broadcast is enabled. Click Save and restart the vro. As shown in the following figure.
What if the connection fails when a wireless signal is found?
When you connect to a wireless signal, the system displays that the connection is still in progress or the IP address is being obtained. You can delete the wireless configuration file and then reconnect to the vro.
Open Network and Sharing Center -- Manage wireless networks -- select the network configuration file for the wireless router SSID -- click delete. As shown in the following figure.
Make sure that the wireless router does not enable the wireless MAC address filtering function. Connect to the router through a wired connection, log on to the management interface of the router, set wireless settings-wireless MAC address filtering, and disable the wireless MAC address filtering function. As shown in the following figure.
Some wireless terminals do not support encryption of WPA-PSK/WPA2-PSK, it is recommended to try another encryption method. Log on to the vro management page, set wireless settings-wireless security settings, select WEP encryption mode, enter the key, click save, and restart the vro. As shown in the following figure.
What should I do if the wireless connection is successful and the webpage cannot be opened?
First, check whether the vro is connected to the internet. Log on to the vro management interface and check whether the WAN port parameter is not 0 in the running status-WAN port status. If all the ports are 0, please follow the vro quick setting guide to reset it again.
After the vro is connected to the Internet and the wired computer can access the Internet, the wireless laptop still cannot access the internet. Check whether the laptop has obtained the correct network parameters.
Open Network Connection-right-click wireless network of the wireless router SSID-status-details to check whether the default gateway and DNS server address are empty. As shown in the following figure.
If it is blank, enable the wireless network connection status-properties-Internet Protocol version 4 (TCP/IP)-properties. Set the wireless terminal to automatically obtain the IP address and DNS server address. Click OK. As shown in the following figure.
When you open a webpage, if you are always prompted for a dial-up connection, as shown in the following figure.
First, cancel the selection box of the dial-up connection. In the browser tool-Internet options-connection, choose not to make a dial-up connection or delete the default connection. As shown in the following figure.
When you open a webpage, if "offline status" is displayed, click "connect" to view the webpage normally. As shown in the following figure.
