Everything needs to be planned, especially for manufacturing enterprises. When an enterprise makes a sales prediction or receives an order from a customer, it must quickly reflect whether the order can be completed within the required period, when the order will be completed, the materials required to complete the order, and the inventory status, which need to be purchased, which are self-produced, and whether the materials can arrive at the factory on time before production. Whether the internal production capacity of the enterprise is sufficient and whether it needs assistance from third-party vendors. The supplier to which the materials should be purchased after the order is completed, the delivery time of the supplier, the time when the enterprise should place a purchase order, the amount of money required, and the expected payment time. All these problems can be effectively controlled through plan management.

The production schedule has the following features:

※Various products are defined as several production capacity types.
※The capacity of each business day is defined for each capacity type.
※Run MPs to automatically schedule the production completion date of customer orders or sales forecasts

The plan for determining the specific time at which the product will be produced is called the main production plan, that is, MPs. The plan to determine when to purchase or produce the materials or semi-finished products under the products to be delivered is called the Material Requirement Plan, that is, MRP. The plan to determine the labor capacity required for finished products and semi-finished products is called the capacity requirement plan, that is, CRP. Determine the amount of money required for the purchase of materials or outsourcing, and the time required for payment is called the fund demand plan, that is, FRP. the main production plan MPS is the start of the Plan in the ERP system. The MRP of the Material Requirement Plan can be carried out only after the completion date of the product to be delivered is specified. After the material demand plan is carried out, the Enterprise will know when the work center needs to complete the number of semi-finished products or finished products. Based on this, the enterprise can calculate the labor hours required to complete the semi-finished products or finished products, that is, the capacity demand plan. When the capacity is insufficient, outsourcing or outgoing sending may be required, or the MPs plan may be re-adjusted. Some orders may need to be produced in advance or pushed back. Similarly, the material purchase date needs to be adjusted, and the demand for funds will change accordingly. The order delivery time may also need to be postponed due to insufficient funds or other reasons. Therefore, the following plan is driven by the above plan, that is, MRP, CRP, and FRP are all driven by MPs, while MRP, CRP, and FRP will in turn affect MPs plan.
