Completely statically compile a go program

In Docker today, we often need to statically compile a go program so that it can be conveniently placed in a Docker container. Even if you do not refer to other third-party packages, just use the standard library in the program, net you will find that your compiled program relies on glic, you need to glibc-static the library, and static connection.

A different go version of the static compilation method is a bit different, in Go 1.10, the following way as far as possible to do the static compilation:

1	cgo_enabled=0-a'-extldflags "-static" .

There is a proposal for compilation plus one static , if it is received, it may be used directly in the future Go static .
