D = (A & B) <2; equivalent to d = 3 <2; so d is also false. As mentioned above, if the left operation of & is true, the operator returns the value of the right operation. A & B is 3.

First, the analysis of c = A & B <2; is equivalent to C = 0; as mentioned above, if the & left operation is a false value, then the operator simply returns the value of the Left operation without calculating the value of the right operation, that is, ignoring the right operation.
