Computer prompts memory cannot be read or written error what to do

Register all the DLL files again?

(1) Start-run: Enter cmd, press "enter" key to enter! Go to the "c:windowssystem32cmd.exe" window
(2) Enter directly from the command prompt in the "C:windowssystem32cmd.exe" window:

(3) Press "Enter" key to enter!
