In the development, the xsi:schemalocation path of XML is pointing to the network, but the network address is sometimes very low, which results in a slow engineering test XML format. It is therefore necessary to configure the local XSD file path in MyEclipse to avoid the need to download files in the network path each time the checksum is required.
