Configure SSH password-free logon in Linux:
Assume that the username is sinbad.
1) confirm that you have connected to the Internet. At this time, we need to download the ssh installation package.
All you need to do is press Y.
2) to log on to the local machine without a password, first check whether the ". ssh" folder exists under the current user.
Because this is a hidden folder, we need to enter the command line:
Ls-a/home/sinbad (show all files)
In general, the. ssh folder will be automatically created under the current user during ssh installation. If not, we will create one manually.
Ssh-keygen-t dsa-p'-f ~ /. Ssh/id_dsa
Note:
Ssh-keygen indicates the Key Generation
-T indicates the generated key type.
Dsa is the type of DSA key authentication;
-P is used to provide the password;
''Do you understand what these two single quotes mean? It is empty. That is to say, the password we set is no password.
-F indicates the generated key file.
~ The folder representing the current user is:/home/sinbad
This command will create the id_dsa and id_dsa.pub files in the. ssh folder. These files are a bunch of SSH private keys and public keys, which are equivalent to keys and locks.
