Configure proxy so that myeclipse can be updated online

The version I installed is myeclipse 8.6. Is there any confusion: When I update the myeclipse configuration center, it is always updated to a part, and an error is prompted to exit.

The reason is that some online components cannot be downloaded, resulting in failure.
