Connect to VPN under Ubuntu!

During the past few years, we have a lot of stingy network administrators, so we need to be careful when we do this. So I usually use VPN, which is more anonymous than anonymous proxies! Generally, I find my real IP address. If I create a new connection in windows, I can directly dial the VPN Server. But in Linux, it is a little more troublesome. In fact, it is not troublesome, you only need to install the software "pptpconfig "! The procedure is as follows:
Run

Program code sudo gedit/etc/APT/sources. List

Then

Program code Deb http://quozl.netrek.org/pptp/pptpconfig ./

Add to sources. List;
Then execute

Program code sudo apt-Get update

The commands above mean to send http://quozl.netrek.org/pptp/pptpconfigto our "Source" you, and then you only need one command to fully install the VPN dialing software!
Run

Program code sudo apt-Get install pptpconfig

The system will confirm and directly enter "Y", that is, yes agree to the installation. After confirmation, the system will automatically download and install pptpconfig, after the installation is complete, you can find it in "Application-other-PPTP client" (in terminal mode, you can also enter pptpconfig to start it), click Start him, and make the following Configuration:
Click the Server tab and fill in the items ---
Name: name of the new connection.
Server: IP address or URL of the VPN Server
Domain: This is generally not required
User name: the user name used to log on to the VPN.
Password: Your VPN dialing Password
The next setting is very important. If you do not set it, your VPN connection will not work, as shown in the following figure:
Click the routing label and select all to tunnel;
Click the DNS tag to remove the automatic and leave it blank in the following two columns;
OK. You can double-click the server list or right-click your "start" to start the VPN connection. After the VPN connection is started, you can close the window, your connection will not be affected! Please leave a message if you have any questions!
