To connect to MySQL in a LAN, you must first enable the remote connection function for MySQL. On the MySQL server, run the following command on the MySQL command line:

Flush privileges;

It means to grant all permissions to users who connect from any IP address with the username root and password 123. "%" Indicates any IP address. If you want to set it to a specific value, you can also set it to a specific value.

After executing this statement, you can access the machine on another machine as root: 123.
