FTP is a client software for one-pass file transfer or upload/download. SSH is a secure remote management protocol, including a file transfer function similar to FTP, that is, SFTP, which is very useful.
The most convenient software is winscp.
However, if you do not use this function, you can use FlashXP directly. This software also supports this SFTP
The usage of FTP is the same as that of FTP.
Select SFTP in the connection type, and the port automatically changes to 22.
Then enter the user and password (here the user is a system user, such as the root user)
Then you can connect to it.
The user's main directory is connected by default. However, if the user is an administrator account, you can view the directories and files on the entire system.
If this option is not available in FTP, the version may be too low. Try another version later.
