Control for simulating CPU utilization under windows and its implementation

After referring to the Windows Task Manager (figure I), I modeled the MS and made this control (figure II).

Second, function description

I have made this Dongdong ActiveX control, in order to be universal, so that other development tools (VB, Delphi, etc.) can also use it, but not limited to VC. I write this control in MFC, which provides a broad set of features such as setting the occupancy ratio color, the unused ratio color, setting the occupancy rate, setting the background color, font color, and so on. The list of methods for the control is as follows:
