But how to downgrade it?? The official does not have documentation to support this reverse operation. Ironically, whether it's the standard or the DC version, the only difference is the number of virtual machines, the other functions are the same, but Microsoft doesn't tell you how to downgrade. Fortunately, other users have similar needs, and then someone finds a way to downgrade successfully. This method can be tested by the beans. (at your own risk)

Then put the Windows R2 CD, select Upgrade, he will automatically scan the registry, then will think the current system is Windows standard, so I can successfully upgrade to Windows R2 Standard! After the upgrade succeeds, using DISM and re-registering Windows is successful.

Precautions:

The upgrade needs to be restarted two times;
