Open the menu, Admin, Networks, and click on the "Create Network" button.

Provider Network Type Select "Flat". Physical Network fills in "default", consistent with Flat_networks parameters in Ml2_conf.ini.

Click "Create Network" to create a successful flat_net.

Click on the Flat_net link, go to the Network Configuration page, there is no subnet, click the "Create Subnet" button.

Neutron automatically creates a new flat_net corresponding to the bridge BRQF153B42F-C3, as well as the DHCP tap device Tap19a0ed3d-fe. In addition, the TAP19A0ED3D-FE and the physical NIC Eth1 are already connected to bridge.
