Create screen in linux and execute commands in batches

Cd/root/server
Sleep 3
Cd Config/
Svn up
Sleep 3
Screen
Gdb LoginServerd

But in the command line, cd/root/server & sleep 3 &&...... After screen is executed, all subsequent commands cannot be executed ??
