Because the ul + li layout is used in the project, in ie8 and chrome browsers, the outer ul height of the floating li element is 0, and the compatibility mode of ie7 and ie8 is normal, this is a typical browser compatibility issue.

Solution:

First: Set ul's style attribute

[Css]
Overflow: hidden; // visibility of content beyond the element latitude range: hidden

Overflow: hidden; // visibility of content beyond the element latitude range: hidden
Type 2: Set ul's style attribute

[Css]
Float: left; // float: left

[Css]
<Div style = "clear: both; visibility: hidden;">
