A:link is a connection that represents a normal state
A:visited is the connection that was accessed
A:hover is to move to the connection on behalf of the mouse
A:active is on behalf of the press down connection
Color is for connection colors
Font-size is the size of the connection text, applicable to point (PT) or pixels (px)
Text-decoration is a text style, none is underlined
